Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Accessing the Property – A few stairs from outside to access front door. Stairs from the garage to access the main level. A full flight of stairs from the main level to upper level. A full flight of stairs from the main level to the lower level.
Parking – 2 spaces in the garage. 2 spaces in the driveway. No trailers allowed in driveway per HOA bylaws.
Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather condition. The hhome is off a flat major & well plowed road but with heavy snow, sometimes the plows are delayed.

A $10,000 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.
