Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Accessing the Property – No stairs necessary. Single level unit with an elevator to take guests between floors in the building. There are stairs available for guests who prefer stairs.
Parking – 1 parking spot in the covered garage. Additional spots are available for overnight parking in the summer months but very limited in the winter months.
Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions .

Minimum age to book: 30. All guests must be above 30 unless they are children of the booking party.

Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.

A $10000 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

A beautiful, spacious condo a block off the main street of downtown Steamboat. Great for walkability to restaurants and bars, shuttle stops nearby. Beautiful panoramic views. If you leave the windows open at night, which we like to do, there's a bit of street noise but nothing significant. Balcony/deck area is a fantastic place to hang out (we were there in August, btw). Meredith was very responsive and accommodating--a great host. Check-in system is easy if a little corporate, but that goes with the territory with a ski town rental. There's a fall-off between the two main bedrooms, with windows and king beds, and the third, which is a windowless bunk room, but really nicely appointed place with full kitchen setup. Would for sure stay there again.

The best AirBNB we have ever stayed in - especially in Steamboat! Entire unit has air conditioning (hard to find in Steamboat), the location was pure perfection, extremely kid friendly, and very comfortable! The only downside is the master bedroom - unable to sleep in there because the shades aren’t blackout - stays extremely bright all day and all through the night because of street lights! Besides that, it was pure perfection! Will definitely be a repeat customer when we return. Pro tip: garage clicker is inside so when you arrive, don’t try and enter the garage before parking on the street and running upstairs for the clicker!

Meredith’s place was the perfect home base for a family summer vacation in Steamboat. The location is in the center of everything downtown and along the Yampa River. The penthouse was spotless and laid out perfectly for a family vacationing together. After running around enjoying the outdoors, we cooked meals together in the amazing kitchen and played board games in the late evening. We’ll definitely be back - highly recommended!

This is a beautiful, spacious condo. Once you get the hang of how to get in and out, it is ideally located to walk the downtown area. The common area is really big, with lots of places for folks to sit or hang out. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms have really nice amenities. It is worth the price, in my opinion, if you're looking for somewhere with really nice furnishings and a stellar location.
