We enjoyed our stay at Meredith’s beautiful Penthouse. Her place was exactly as described and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect—right downtown and walking distance to anything and everything. Meredith was very communicative and responded quickly to any questions. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings and taking in all the beautiful scenery. We typically like to stay in different places each time we travel, but we would most definitely re-book Meredith’s place when we come back to visit Steamboat. I would highly recommend this penthouse!

We had an awesome stay here - the living space in the unit is beautiful and very functional with a great kitchen and two dining areas along with a nice seating area with a well-functioning gas fireplace. We had folks working remotely there all week and cooked in several nights, and had all we need for both. The views are truly stunning - the ski resort and other mountains dominate the views and you can see the Yampa River as well. Most importantly it’s a perfect location, walkable to trails and lots of downtown restaurants, shops and other amenities, and is also on the free bus routes with frequent buses right to the ski slopes. Only downsides are no windows in the bunk room (seems like a design oversight since the unit overall has tons of windows) and be aware that there can be a little traffic noise from Lincoln Avenue, but we used white noise from our phones to drowned it out at night. The host was great as well. Overall an excellent stay and a fabulous place.
What a gorgeous place
What a gorgeous place! Super comfortable for our family to hang out together, cook, and play games. It’s a stones throw to great shops and restaurants, as well as the Yampa River walk. Easy to access with two parking spaces which was a huge plus. Really appreciated how communicative Meredith was with a digital welcome packet and clear check-out. Would 100% stay again. Great memories made.

We really enjoyed the condo!! It was beautiful and the location was perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants and Winter Carnival events. We had a wonderful time!

This was a perfect place to stay for a ski trip to steamboat. Great location downtown with lots of space and very well maintained.

The condo was gorgeous, extremely clean & well stocked! The downtown location was terrific and easily walkable to shops, restaurants and the museum. It was also helpful that there are no stairs as it was very helpful to my elderly in-laws.
We truly enjoyed the condo, the location and our stay!
The host was super responsive to any questions & issues that arose.

We were excited to be one of the first guests in this beautiful downtown condo! We had two families on our trip and it was the perfect size. Everything was clean and well maintained with easy parking and a great location in town. Meredith and her team were very communicative and responsive. We'd love to stay again!
