If you're looking to stay in the heart of Steamboat, look no further
If you're looking to stay in the heart of Steamboat, look no further. The condo is amazingly located right downtown with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, bars, and the river. The parking was easy to find and it was very nice to have a reserved space. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow and Meredith was very responsive to any messages we sent.
As other reviews mentioned, the bars nearby tend to be quite loud late into the evening and the alley-side of the building is loud in the morning with delivery/trash vehicles, so if you're a light sleeper you may want earplugs. However, I don't see that as a negative for a review because that's just the nature of staying in the heart of downtown. This unit worked out great for our party of 4 and I would highly recommend it.

We loved the location of this condo
We loved the location of this condo. You really can't beat staying downtown and being right across the street from so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The Saturday farmers market was literally right outside the front door, which was a huge bonus. The condo was clean, quiet, and extremely walkable.
Our only two drawbacks were that there is no air conditioning, and it gets quite warm. We stayed in mid-June and it was hot enough that even with fans and open windows, it was difficult to cool the space down. The condo is fairly small, so airflow was limited. We were also surprised that there was an additional fee for both early check-in and late check-out, which is the first time we've encountered that after many years of staying in Airbnbs.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the unbeatable location was the highlight.

Great location right in town and comfortable condo. We enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants and the farmers market right outside was great. It was quite warm in the condo and we were unable to leave the windows open due to the loud bars across the street but we made do with fans. Host was very communicative and helped with questions about parking given only one parking spot.

A couple of things: the exhaust fan in the master bath needs to be replaced. The refrigerator does not adequately keep things cold (freezer works fine) and needs maintenance or replacement
