Great set up with sleeping on main floor and kitchen/living/dining area separated on 2nd floor. Hot tub was set up nicely with heated stairs. We would stay here again.

Meredith’s place was clean, well appointed with everything you need, and had all the amenities described. The location is amazing, easily walkable to Main Street and everything you could want to do in Breckenridge. The hot tub was a special treat! The space was surprisingly large and spacious inside yet cozy and comfortable. The property is managed by a management company, which is a little impersonal, and whose directions weren’t quite as clear as they potentially could be, and they also provided a little less flexibility, but these are understandable trade-offs for a professional management company. One note for people with physical limitations might be that this is a historic home, which means that the stairs are a little pokey and steep; in a mountain town, which means the walkability is limited by hilliness. All of this should be expected, and was not a problem, but may be worth noting for some. In addition, the mattresses are on the edge of needing replacement soon.

I’ve been to Breck a number of times so know it well. The location of the home is great, just off of Main Street while still easy to access the base of the mountain. The home was as advertised, was clean, and well appointed—- will be back!

Management company has excellent communication and responds quickly.The house was clean and well stock for meal prep. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood compared to the noise of the condos off Park. 20 minute walk to both Gondola and Quicksilver. Purple bus is also close by if you don’t want to walk.
Meredith’s place is in a great location
Meredith’s place is in a great location! Easily walkable to downtown and dog park/sledding hill. Having a backyard for the dogs was also a great bonus. When we had any questions, the host was quick to respond. Main reason for 4 stars is that several things were not provided (oven mitts, sponge to clean dishes, laundry detergent etc) which is not a huge deal but when we are spending over $1k/night would be nice to have.
